Job Description:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients and clinicians
  • Process insurance claims and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality
  • Order supplies and manage inventory efficiently
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills
