Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. As a leader in mental health, this role will provide clinical supervision, training, and support to our staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional care to our clients.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing individual and group clinical supervision to our counselling staff. You will also develop and implement training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to counselling staff, promoting evidence-based practices and continuous learning
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Master's degree in psychotherapy, social work, or a related field, with significant experience in clinical supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and making strategic decisions
We offer a competitive salary range of $40.20 - $44.56 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, three weeks' vacation, paid sick leave, and access to professional development opportunities. This is a hybrid position, with some in-person work required at our East Broadway office and remote days.
