Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kuber Enterprise Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
