Home Care Professional

As a Home Care Attendant with Southern Health-Santé Sud, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in their homes. This rewarding position requires a caring and compassionate individual who can provide personalized care and support to clients of all ages.
Job Summary- Provide personal care and home support services to clients as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with the Resource Coordinator - Home Care to determine work priorities and methods.
- Exercise independent judgment in determining action to be taken on unusual matters.
- Grade 12 education required.
- Previous experience working with the elderly or disabled in a community setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Safe Food Handling.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00.
- $20.09 - $23.99 per hour salary range.
