Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver concrete to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Visually inspect concrete mix for quality and constituents.
  • Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Observe and comply with all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

  • Class 1 or 3 license with air endorsement.
  • At least 3 years of experience driving heavy trucks safely.
  • Good driving record (Drivers abstract required).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of local and provincial transportation regulations.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for minor maintenance and inspections.
  • Ability to lift and assemble concrete chutes (50 lbs) and work in varied terrain.
  • Availability to work six days a week (Monday-Saturday) and occasional Sundays.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
