- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of administrative tasks.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to office staff.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- English language proficiency.
