We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team at E-NET SOLUTIONS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information to ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Manage incoming mail, electronic correspondence, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed.
  • Train staff members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences to document important decisions and actions.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English language.

  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
