At CB Canada, we're committed to providing innovative and collaborative care to our patients. As an Injection and Infusion Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications in patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinic settings.
  • Assess, monitor, and provide post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
  • Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures, and as directed by the College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation standards of practice.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the licensing body and CPR certification.
  • Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year of IV initiation experience.
  • Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings.
  • ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word, and other applicable computer programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills for managing daily interactions with patients, family members, physicians, and clients.
