Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at AutoIQ. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and efficient service, and driving sales and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, recommending required service and repairs, handling scheduled maintenance service requests, and selling additional services when appropriate.
  • Accurately document customer concerns on repair orders and consult with customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairs.
  • Review root cause and corrective repair action with customers during vehicle delivery.
  • Assist the Service Manager by distributing work to staff, maintaining repair records, supporting promotional activities, monitoring labor inventory, and complying with safety and environmental programs and practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Previous retail/customer service experience required; experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
