About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ALPHA DRIVING ACADEMY LTD. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow-up.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring efficient information management.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Prepare, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate and relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and flexible.
