Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Pizzatown Tantallon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the size of food portions and costs, planning menus and estimating food requirements, preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

In addition, the Executive Chef will be responsible for ensuring that kitchen and work areas are clean and well-maintained, and for working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a restaurant environment, preferably in a similar capacity, and will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Pizzatown Tantallon offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500 based on a 40-hour work week and a moderate cost of living in the area.
