About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Integrity Corp. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's success.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings;
- Preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents;
- Managing email communications and responding to inquiries;
- Organizing and maintaining accurate records and files;
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders;
- Assisting with special projects and events as required;
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post-secondary degree is preferred;
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
