About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Operations Assistant to join our team at TAAL FINE INDIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet the needs of our customers and maintain a high level of quality.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
