About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Century Group office. As the first point of contact for the public, the successful candidate will be the face of our company and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from the public, external partners, and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including coordinating the flow of information, publications, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are maintained in a clean and organized state.
  • Monitor meeting room schedules and supplies, and ensure rooms are tidy after each meeting.
  • Provide assistance with troubleshooting and resolving office equipment issues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Administrator and Vice President, Corporate Services.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with post-secondary education in administrative support or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace, particularly Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Minimum of 2 years reception experience, preferably in a property management or real estate development environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional oral and written communication skills, and proven organizational abilities.
