About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Professional to join our team at WWITS LTD. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Design and implement effective communication strategies to promote business growth and development.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare Written Material

Develop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support marketing efforts.

Administer Programs

Oversee the implementation of marketing programs to promote business investment in rural and urban areas.

Conduct Research

Research and analyze marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to identify best practices.

Advise Clients

Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to support business growth.

Gather and Prepare Communications Material

Collect and prepare marketing materials, including images and videos, to support marketing campaigns.

Develop Marketing Strategies

Design and implement marketing strategies to promote business growth and development.

Develop and Implement Business Plans

Develop and implement business plans to support marketing efforts.

Maintain and Manage Digital Database

Manage and maintain digital databases to support marketing efforts.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Drive.

Security and Safety

Ability to pass a criminal record check.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Client-focused, flexible, organized, and reliable.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule

40 hours per week.
