At Meraki Dental, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating seminars and conferences
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Scheduling appointments and managing training and development strategies
  • Managing payroll administration and overseeing travel arrangements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and directing visitors to contacts or service areas
  • Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Performing data entry and working with the marketing department
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language

Work environment: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability.
