Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing waste.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and trained to meet customer demand.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a 35-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
