About Stericycle's Route Driver NonCDL Position


The Medical Waste Route Driver is a vital role at Stericycle, responsible for servicing assigned accounts in the most professional manner possible. This position requires ensuring that customers' waste is picked up safely, on time, and accurately, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage assigned routes to ensure timely and safe waste pickup.
• Transport waste from Stericycle locations or customer sites to transfer or processing locations, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and load trucks to service select accounts, ensuring sufficient supplies are added.
• Unload trucks at various Stericycle and customer sites, securing waste and materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating any issues to the Transportation Manager or Dispatcher for resolution.


Requirements:


• 6+ months of experience in driving box trucks and route management.
• Valid standard driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to obtain and retain a valid Medical Examiner Card.
• Stericycle welcomes non-native English speakers who can read and speak English sufficiently to understand highway traffic signs and signals.
