Job Summary

The Service Technician Home Health Care is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the repair and maintenance of Home Health Care/Rehab power and mobility equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Home Health Care/Rehab Equipment Repairs
  • Ensure parts required for repair are in stock
  • Ability to use mechanical tools (repair, adjust wheelchairs & related products)
  • Perform Custom Modifications - access, assemble, install
  • Share technical expertise with team and clients
  • Vehicle installations
  • Installation of wheel chair accessories
  • Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians
Requirements
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently in a fast environment
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be bondable and have a clean driving abstract
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to use mechanical tools (repair, adjust wheelchairs & related products)
  • General labour, mechanical and/or electrical experience preferred
  • Experience with health care equipment
  • Experience working in healthcare or rehab field
