About the Opportunity

  • Liaise with Department Managers to understand departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop complex financial models using advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripts.
  • Analyze and interpret financial transactions for management, assessing completeness and reasonableness of financial requirements.
  • Maintain the general ledger for authorized budget adjustments throughout the year.
  • Provide key financial schedules for senior management.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data extracts, defining relevant information, interpreting data, developing reports, and undertaking other duties assigned.

About You

  • Hold a University degree in Business Administration or Commerce with an accounting designation (CMA, CGA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Be proficient in developing and using Excel spreadsheet financial models and tools, including Excel modeling and macros.
  • Have experience with VBA and SQL.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
