Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Queenswood College of Business Health and Technology Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and resolve conflict situations.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability and integrity.
- Ability to work as a team player.
Working Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
