About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at the Westin Calgary Airport in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front office operations, supervising staff and performing daily duties to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Mentor and develop your team to anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and warmly welcome all guests.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and communication with all departments and team members to support hotel goals.
- Provide direct reports with the resources, training, direction, coaching, and feedback required for their continuous development.
- Create schedules that meet peak demand periods while delivering budgeted labour costs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hotel Front Desk Position.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in English.
- Tech-savvy, with light speed PMS experience an asset.

Salary and Benefits
