About the Role

NordaStelo is seeking a highly skilled Railway Director to lead our Center of Excellence in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying an action plan to ensure the development and full growth of the Center.

With a minimum of 10 years of experience in the railway sector, including 5 years of concrete experience in team management, you will be responsible for managing and developing your teams human resources, providing recognized leadership to a team of professionals involved in project execution, and being accountable for your teams performance in relation to the companys established performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic plan for your Center of Excellence and be accountable for its execution.
  • Support the sales efforts related to your Center of Excellences service offerings.
  • Be responsible for managing and developing your teams human resources.
  • Provide recognized leadership to a team of professionals involved in project execution.
  • Be responsible for your teams performance in relation to the companys established performance indicators.
  • Identify the necessary resources for project delivery and plan labor needs.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of methods and best practices within the Railway Center of Excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the railway sector including 5 years of concrete experience in team management.
  • Bilingual (French-English).
