Job Title: Facilities Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager Lead to join our team at JBK Enterprises Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities of cleaning staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, and preparing budgets and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed budgets and cost estimates to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to achieve seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
  • Free parking available on site.
  • 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • English language proficiency.
