Operations Manager

CIRCLE K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as oversee payroll administration.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
