At TRAPPED, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist - Network and Internet to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with computer systems and providing top-notch customer service.

About the Role

The Technical Support Specialist - Network and Internet will be responsible for responding to user inquiries regarding computer difficulties, researching solutions, and implementing fixes. You will also provide training and guidance to users, as well as supervise other technical support staff in this group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries regarding computer difficulties
  • Research and implement solutions to user problems
  • Provide training and guidance to users
  • Supervise other technical support staff in this group
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or software
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
