About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Photo Studio Calgary Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, including maintaining accurate personnel records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Language: English.
