Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team at Five Forks Bar & Grill Ltd. as a Food and Beverage Server.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked bar.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate preparation and delivery.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide a personalized experience.
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
