Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at MARY BROWN'S CHICKEN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled cook to take on a leadership role and oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This will involve supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to achieve excellent teamwork and communication
- Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of food
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- English language proficiency
