About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our directors and managers, as well as coordinating logistics for various team programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide direct administrative and office management support to director and managers of the department, as directed.
- Travel Arrangements: Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for senior management and employees.
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics of team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events (including awards, celebrations and social events).
- Minute Taking: Minute taking and tracking meeting resolutions.
- Document Management: Basic system and document management for procurement projects.
- Expense Reporting: Complete expense reports, pay invoices and other related duties.
- Customer Service: Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
- Personal Assistant Duties: Some personal assistant duties as required (lunches, errands).
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Education: Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Skill Set: Fast learner and keen attention to details, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), resourceful and flexible.
- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills (time management) and ability to schedule duties/projects (multi-task).
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on experience.
