Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Supervisor to join our team at On Side Restoration.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $62,000 and $75,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the team to ensure optimum service level and productivity.
  • Train and develop team members on new processes and protocols, and coordinate cross-training in other areas within the CSS Department.
  • Provide guidance on unique situations, such as CAT administrative assistance.
  • Manage team capacity and allocate resources based on work volume.
  • Prepare invoicing and distribute relevant documentation to stakeholders, ensuring protocol compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certificate or diploma in office administration or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of office administration experience or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
