We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SE Health.

Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including group insurance, RRSP pension, and exclusive perks/discounts available only to SE Health staff.
Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves providing comprehensive client assessments, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating care based on best evidence/practices and on client's unique needs. As a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and support functions.
You will also support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting the client with community support services in their local community.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Availability to work days, evenings, nights, and every other weekend
- Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check required upon hire
- A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
- A current CPR certificate required
