With 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, training workers in duties and policies, conducting performance reviews, coordinating work assignments, organizing and maintaining inventory, establishing work schedules and procedures, and planning operational logistics.
Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery to meet customer demands.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor warehouse staff in their roles and responsibilities, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
- Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
