About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met efficiently.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, preparing and submitting reports as necessary.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development within our fast-paced kitchen environment.
