The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team, responsible for developing relationships with small businesses and driving growth through the adoption of our software.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing small businesses in the mobile service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses, understanding their needs and challenges
  • Provide consultative sales support, helping businesses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Drive adoption of Jobber's software, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our solutions
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Track key information in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data and informed decision-making
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong understanding of the mobile service industry and the challenges facing small businesses
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on driving growth and adoption
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably Salesforce
