Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Property Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with daily operations, such as handling resident inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating maintenance requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent education required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
