We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As the culinary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Competitive salary: $$$50,000 - $60,000 per year
- Permanent position with regular hours
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
