HUB International Insurance Brokers is a leading insurance brokerage firm that is continuously growing and expanding its services. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our Commercial Insurance team as an Account Manager.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting and business development
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and collect accounts receivables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency and professionalism
