About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Fivestar Insurance Brokers Ltd. This role will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Compile data and statistics
  • Office Management:
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Perform data entry tasks
  • Communication Skills:
    • Effective communication with colleagues and clients
    • Friendly and professional phone manner

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Working hours: 30 hours per week
  • Language: English

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range between $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, based on market standards for this role.
