Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  • Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising.
  • Assist the Team Leader in analyzing sales, reports, and labor.
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted.
  • Work with the Team Leader to resolve team concerns and issues.
  • Function as the point person and departmental lead in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote exceptional morale.
  • Communicate and model WFM vision and goals consistently.
  • Monitor customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary to provide excellent customer service.

Working Conditions

  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
