About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a full-time, hybrid role at Life Benefit Solutions, located in Winnipeg, MB, with some flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will actively contribute to the success of Life Inc. by providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned block of group insurance/pension clients, including conducting employee meetings, plan administrator training, and providing information in response to inquiries about products and services.
  • Act as the liaison between the client, the insurance company, and our office, consistently delivering an amazing client experience.
  • Utilize top-notch organizational skills to ensure timely collection and processing of paperwork.
  • Initiate and/or implement solutions as needed to ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction is maintained.
  • Meet new clients and build trusting relationships, with some travel (including overnight trips) required – a driver's license and a reliable, late-model vehicle is a must.

Requirements

  • Some background in group insurance, pension, or a related field is an asset, but not required for this position.
  • Ensuring a positive client experience is something you're passionate about.
  • You're a relationship builder, enjoy variety, and making community connections.
  • You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with deadlines to meet client and internal needs.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting are strengths of yours.
