The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
