Jevick Consulting Services Inc. is a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
