Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is a key leadership role responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of an organizational design framework that meets the strategic and operational needs of the Region. The successful candidate will set the direction and lead the implementation of compensation programs and initiatives, working collaboratively with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to advance best practices and achieve operational effectiveness and internal equity.
