We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Sales to drive our B2B2C sales efforts, deliver our early growth with educational institutions serving international students in Canada and corporations relocating international employees to Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute Beacon's initial sales strategy and achieve early revenue targets.
  2. Establish relationships with Canadian colleges and universities to promote Beacon's solutions among international students and international student agencies.
  3. Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate clients and relocation firms to position Beacon as a key partner for corporate global mobility.
  4. Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to iterate on products and improve market fit based on early adopter feedback.
  5. Monitor market trends and customer insights to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Be self-sufficient and resourceful to manage the entire sales and partnership funnel/stages.
Requirements:
  1. Passionate about empowering future Canadians and recent immigrants.
  2. Strong and demonstrated experience executing B2B2C sales strategies.
  3. Relationships with appropriate stakeholders at educational institutions and/or at key corporate clients.
  4. Loves a dynamic and rapidly evolving, accountability-driven startup environment.
  5. Excellent communicator and negotiator with the interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).
  7. Flexible to travel as needed.
  8. Familiar with a consultative and solution-minded sales approach.
