We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza, Holland Landing. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.
