Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support and care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and our team members.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
- Experience working in a healthcare or hospitality environment is an asset.
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults and/or individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to plan, organize, and support the delivery of diverse services and special events.
- Successful completion of CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable).
- Successful completion of Safe Food Handler's certification (if applicable).
- Successful completion of ProServe certification (if applicable, for management roles).
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
