Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at Paul's Bakery Ltd. as a Senior Baker and Team Lead. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and baking of a wide range of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Draw up production schedules and ensure quality control
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas and maintain inventory
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
