Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to members, helping them make informed decisions about their financial well-being.
  • Assist members with opening new accounts, applying for loans and credit products, and managing their existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on Coast Capital Savings products and services, and communicate the benefits and features to members.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and referral targets, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a bank or credit union.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including lending and investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is a requirement.
