Sales

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets.

Foster strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and loyalty.

Service

Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.

Lead by example and coach the sales team to ensure high standards of service are met.

Continuously evaluate and improve the client experience to drive loyalty and retention.

Talent

Attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive business success.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales and service skills.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to drive performance.

Operational Excellence

Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness to support business growth.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience.

Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.

Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales teams.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred qualifications include a college or university degree and graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
