Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Ammbii Carpentry Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, underground, and in confined spaces
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in various locations, and relocation costs are covered by the employer. You will be required to work in a remote location and may be required to travel to different sites.
